What is the most difficult recipe you've made?
The most challenging recipe I've tackled to date was a traditional Beef Wellington. This British classic requires careful preparation, including searing the beef, preparing a mushroom duxelles, wrapping everything in prosciutto, and encasing it all in puff pastry. The cooking process was also a test of precision as the meat needed to be perfectly medium-rare while the pastry had to be golden brown. Despite the hurdles, the end result was incredibly rewarding. It was a culinary feat that tested and ultimately enhanced my cooking skills.
